UPDATE! Dozens of volunteers have spent over three years raising funds to modernize and expand the New Lisbon Memorial Library.  A careful estimate in 2017 set the total cost for this project at $2 million. With generous contributions we met that funding goal. Unfortunately, construction costs have gone up along the way. The low bid for this project came in at $2.3 million. We need to raise an additional $400,000Please … do all you can to help. All contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. If you want more detailed information, please call Tim or Tina Hinton: 608-562-5110, to donate or ask questions!

Our existing library has served the community for over 60 years.
It has been our window to our past, our present and with your help, our future.

36,236 BOOKS IN Circulation.

Our book collections and circulation have multiplied many times since the 1950’s, yet everything is crowded into the same 4,136 SF of space. Each year, books and periodicals must be purged to allow the remaining materials to fit within available space.
